Are you based in Leeds?

Yes. The Wedding Edit is based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. While Leeds is our home base, we photograph weddings across Yorkshire and throughout the UK, with no travel fees.

Do you charge for travel?

No. Travel is always included anywhere in the UK. Whether you’re getting married in Yorkshire, London, Cornwall, the Lake District, or Scotland, there are no additional mileage or accommodation charges.

How would you describe your photography and film style?

Our style is documentary-led with a refined, luxury finish. We focus on capturing real moments as they naturally unfold, while also creating elegant couple portraits and relaxed group photographs when needed.

We’re not very confident in front of the camera — will you help us?

Absolutely. Most couples feel this way. We guide you gently and simply, using natural movement and interaction rather than stiff posing. This allows your photographs and film to feel relaxed, genuine, and flattering.

Do you capture both natural moments and posed photographs?

Yes. The majority of the day is captured naturally in a documentary style, but we always include beautifully guided couple portraits and well-organised group photographs.

Do you cover weddings outside Yorkshire?

Yes. We cover weddings across the whole of the UK, with no travel fees. Our approach remains the same whether your wedding is in Leeds, the countryside, or further afield.

How many hours do you cover?

Our full-day packages include up to 10 hours of coverage, which is usually enough to capture morning preparations, the ceremony, couple portraits, group photos, and the evening celebrations.

Do you offer both photography and video?

Yes. We offer three options:

• Full Day Photography

• Full Day Photography & Video (Hybrid – one professional)

• Full Day Photography & Video (Two Professionals)

All options are designed to document your day naturally and beautifully.

How are our images and film delivered?

Your photographs are delivered via a private online gallery, allowing you to view, download, and share your images easily.
Your wedding film is delivered digitally in high resolution.

When will we receive our gallery and film?

Your wedding photographs will be delivered within up to 8 weeks, and your wedding film within up to 10 weeks, once your wedding has been carefully edited and prepared to our professional standard.

Do you do group and family photographs?

Yes. We organise and photograph group and family portraits efficiently and calmly, ensuring everyone is included without taking too much time away from your celebrations.

How do we book?

Once you’re ready to proceed, we’ll send you a booking link where you can accept your quote, sign your contract, and pay your booking fee. Your date is secured once this is complete.
